With the development of artificial intelligence, its use possibilities in business have grown considerably. However, even today, almost all companies do not know how to use artificial intelligence to support business. The results of a study conducted in 2019 show that artificial intelligence brings important value to companies. In 80 percent of the companies measured in the study, the use of artificial intelligence increased revenues by at least 5 percent. This bachelor’s thesis examines how artificial intelligence can be used to support business to business sales. This thesis has been implemented as a literature review. The thesis revealed that artificial intelligence can be used to support business to business sales in several different ways. At the beginning of the thesis, the terms artificial intelligence and business to business sales are defined, after which the thesis answers the research question "How can artificial intelligence be used to support business to business sales?". The dissertation presents four different ways in which artificial intelligence can be used to support business to business sales. These four ways are the use of artificial intelligence in prospecting, personalization of sales, automation of sales and the use of predictive analytics. The results of the thesis show that the use of artificial intelligence to support business to business sales enables, for example, increased efficiency, lower costs, and better customer relations.
