This study explores the effects of identity on young adults and specifically in the field of information technology. The objective of this study is to find out how one can affect identity and motivation and how this affects one’s ability to study. At the end of the study, the reader has an understanding how the concept of identity has changed and how one can affect the motivation of student with the help of curriculum for example.
