Implementation of WFM system has significant impact on company's employees. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of WFM system can be affected, what constraints it needs to function and how implementation of WFM system affects the organization. The theoretical part presents the literature of information system's implementation process and steps. The purpose is to understand the special features of WFM system and how to utilize it. The impact of implementation to organization is analyzed through literature. In second theoretical chapter presents required parameters of WFM systems containing constraints of optimization. In order to identify themes of the model formed interviews. Interviews were made with the two people who work in the company, which offers WFM systems and seven employees who are planning the unit's work shifts. For valuation of constraints and implementation, second interviews were made with six workers. Research's approach is the Design science research methodology. Study's artifact of needed constraints is created based on the Design science research methodology. Based on the literature used in this study and collected research material can project management skills, identifying critical success factors and stakeholder's observation affect to the success of system's implementation. For the implementation of WFM System, significant literature is not available. For this reason, it was concluded that the information systems implementation process is suitable for WFM system's implementation. The success of the implementation has strong influence to how implementation influences the organization. Based on the results, correctly selected constraints can influence that change happened in a positive way. By well-selected constraints, workforce management is flexible, equitable, effective, and transparent and it is consider worker's welfare and competence levels.
