JYKDOK-Finna

Through JYKDOK discovery service you can search the University Library's electronic and printed materials.

You can find following materials from JYKDOK:

  • all electronic and printed materials (books, journals) from Library's own collections
  • links and information of all databases acquired by University Library
  • content of University's Digital Repository JYX
  • all printed materials from National Repository Library's (situated in Kuopio) collections. Request from their collection is free for Staff and Students.
  • content of article database Arto (articles mainly in Finnish). Part of articles available on fulltext.
  • international articles from databases acquired by Library via via International Arcticle Search (PCI)

The new JYKDOK is a local view to the national Finna service. Finna provides access to the collections of libraries, museums, and archives across Finland.
